You will use this screen the most if you want to start synchronizing Outlook on two machines.  This is a Manual Outlook Sync.  If you need to schedule PST file synchronizations, check out the Automation screenshot below.

Move & Copy Screenshot
This is the screenshot where only Moving and copying of Outlook data takes place.  This is useful if you want to backup Outlook to an external Hard drive or another Network location.

Encryption Screenshot
When you need to lock down your PST file from prying eye, you need to use the built in File Encryption that support 128bit AES Secure file encryption.  Once this is used your Outlook data cant be opened unless you enter the exact "Encryption Key"

Compression Screenshot
This is part of the security toolbox where you can compress your selected Outlook PST file to a Zip file.  Once compressed you can burn it to a CD-ROM for permanent archival.
